CE Cancellation & Refund Continuing Education students may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days after a course is released online to the student. Full tuition will be refunded provided the student requests the refund in writing and has not submitted any work for the course. Students taking college credit courses, such as Basic Biochemistry and courses in the WISE Traditions Nutrition program are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy. If Hawthorn University is notified of cancellation within thirty (30) calendar days after a course is released online to the student, the student will receive a full refund of tuition paid for the course. A withdrawal form is available online in the Forms/Publications section of the student portal. Notice of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the Registrar's office at: Hawthorn University or via Email to: registrar (at) hawthornuniversity.org
