Martha Pickard Palmer, MS, CNS, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, CNS, through the American College of Nutrition. She holds a M.S. degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT. Martha has worked with the sustainable agriculture and local foods movement for the past 10 years.
