Hawthorn University welcomes students who have graduated from high school or have earned a GED to be considered for enrollment to the Nutrition Consultant program. Written permission from a legal guardian is required for admission of a person under legal age. Basic computer proficiency, access to the Internet, and E-mail are required.

Complete the online application or fill out and return your printed application. A non-refundable application fee of $50 will be charged. Your application will be reviewed and qualified applicants will be contacted.

Hawthorn University does not provide English as a second language instruction.
